ACTP LLC

I've now trusted ACTP with two different BMWs, and they've exceeded my expectations both times. The first car (2014 328i GT) was diagnosed locally as needing an entire engine. ACTP took the time to actually diagnose it correctly, replaced the timing chain, and got it back on the road for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. It's been running like new ever since. The second car (2016 X3) really did need an engine. While they had it apart, they addressed the common failure points so I shouldn't have to worry about those issues for a very long time. What really impressed me, though, was everything beyond the engine replacement. They went over the entire car, fixed other safety concerns they found, and made sure I'd feel comfortable putting my family in it. At one point they spent extra time troubleshooting a turbo issue instead of just throwing a new turbo at it. It turned out the turbo wasn't completely the problem, which saved me from buying an expensive part I didn't need right now. That says a lot about the kind of shop they are. Finding an honest BMW shop is hard. These guys care about diagnosing the problem correctly, doing the job right, and treating customers fai

ACTP was great. I had an oil change and they installed high flow downpipes, a racechip tune, and new plugs in my 4.4 v8 twin turbo X5 50i. Brandon and Adam went above and beyond to get the job done and make me a happy customer. This included Adam meeting me in Buffalo to pick up my car AND letting me take his X5M after Enterprise screwed me by having zero cars available despite my confirmed reservation (and online check in). Brandon communicated frequently and kept me in the loop regarding the work being done and any changes. Additionally, the cost of services was very reasonable and refreshing compared to what I've come to expect from BMW dealers and mechanics. A+!!

I had a great experience at ACTP. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and automated text reminders were convenient. Adam was very professional, giving clear information on all repairs and a detailed itemized invoice. Adam also informed me of services my Subaru needed that ACTP did not provide (new tires). He gave me an estimate from a recommended shop and after confirming I wanted their services even made the appointment for me. Friendly, trust worthy, and fair prices. I highly recommend ACTP.
